- Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4 – 7 business days. Rate: 75.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days. Rate: 150.
- International Shipping: Available to selected countries with an estimated delivery time of 15–45 business days. Rate: 600.

3. Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 2750 within India.
- For orders under this amount, standard shipping rates apply.
4. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide, with the following considerations:
- Customs Fees & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. MoodCompass is not liable for any customs delays or additional charges.
- Delivery Time: International shipments may take longer depending on the destination. Standard delivery times are between 15–45 business days, but delays may occur due to customs processing.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
